Hello all! Hope all is well with our friends and family...we have been plugging along as life always does. Clif still continues to work out every day at home. He has become a pro at the recumbant bike and is almost to the point of ditching the wheelchair while at home. Meanwhile, he got a punching bag for Christmas and is finding it fun to let out some frustration on that too (never any frustration towards me of course!!!) But all and all, things are nice and stable. Which, I guess is good news compared to many of the things that we have been through! He is do for botox injections in his right arm towards the end of the month, and we hope and pray that his ever increasing independence with the walker will be enough of a milestone to jump back into physical and occupational therapy. Please continue to pray for this and for his never ending strength and perseverance.

Dear Clif,
Day in and day out you continue to show your strength, courage and sheer determination. It is because of the inner strength you possess that you have been able to "ditch" your wheelchair. You have every right to sometimes experience frustration...knock that punching bag to the moon if it helps!!! When i see you next, we will punch it together.
You more than have the courage of action, I will pray for the patience that you need and ask that your tenaciousness minimize the time you require. AMEN
